Shangri-La Residences

A luxury lifestyle in the heart of the city

I first became involved with Shangri-La in 2005, when I was proud to be part of the pre-construction sales team. I watched the extensive site excavation take place to a depth deep enough to capture thermal power for the buildings heat and air conditioning system and was totally enthralled as each level of this beautiful building was completed to a final height of 61 floors.

Since the completion of this iconic Vancouver landmark in 2008 and I have continued to be part of Shangri-La, actively listing and selling luxury suites as they become available for re-sale.

When Vancouver City Officials commissioned the Skyline Study in the late 1990’s they identified ways to establish a more dynamic and distinctive skyline for downtown while preserving views to the North Shore Mountains. Proudly, Shangri-La has met these exacting standards while exhibiting the highest order of architectural excellence. Shangri-La has defined the skyline of Vancouver and is the city’s tallest building.  In the spirit of excellence, this magnificent building also includes Vancouver’s only Five Diamond hotel, the Shangri-La Hotel.

Reside high with a view that begins where most penthouse vistas end. At Shangri-La, spectacular Vancouver scenes include sweeping views to Coal Harbour, the North Shore Mountains, English Bay, Stanley Park, and, at night, a kaleidoscope of city lights.

Imagine an address that offers luxury living space, above a world renowned hotel, a short walk to a selection of Vancouver’s most sought after shops and restaurants. Welcome to Shangri-La.
